Voicemails must be checked in PR first thing in the morning, after lunch, and before leaving at the end of the day. Often pts leave messages that require immediate attention or regarding their appt that day, so it is imperative we are conscious of our voicemail through out the day.

REMEMBER TO FOLLOW UP WITH EVERY VOICEMAIL YOU ANSWER IN A TIMELY MANNER. IF THE PATIENT CALLS BACK BECAUSE WE FORGOT TO RESPOND, THAT IS NO BUENO! KEEP IT BUENO! :)
