It’s appropriate to learn all about how to handle phone calls, but before you take the plunge in answering calls yourself, wouldn’t it be great to listen to some REAL calls to see how its done? In this section of the module, you are going to get the opportunity to listen to REAL phone calls that we have received here at PVC. Some of these phone calls were handled PERFECTLY, and some of them have some room for improvement. In this section, you will have the opportunity to listen to various phone calls and decide if the team member “NAILED IT,” meaning they did everything correctly and amazingly in the phone call, or if the call was an “OOPPORTUNITY” (get it? oops + opportunity? haha I crack myself up!). It was also ask you to review during the call if certain criteria were met, and some notes about how it could be even better next time.
