We would like your training to be as organized as possible, so we have split up the Patient Relations Team Member training into a few categories that you see below. If you are a new team member that needs to learn it all, please start with the “Ready, Set, Begin,” module and progress through each module as listed on your handy dandy Training Navigation Guide (if you have not received this, please let your manager know before you begin!).

If you are just refreshing your skills or learning a new responsibility, simply click on the category needed and find the module that you need.

To begin a category or module, simply click on it. Each module will have a combo variety of written trainings, presentations or videos, and most will have a checkpoint quiz to double check that you learned a little something from the module. Please complete ALL COMPONENTS in the module before moving onto the next one! You must earn a score of 85% or higher on the checkpoint quizzes, or else you will need to review the module again and try the quiz again. All quiz results are sent directly to your manager, and you are asked to list them on your Training Navigation Guide as well.
